If true, it looks like assistant GM Jason Botterill is looking to load up with one more legitimate scorer for the AHL Calder Cup playoff run.
Here's a look at the AHL's top power play goal leaders:

Finally, a glance at the AHL's power play assists leaders:

With the trade deadline looming, it won't be too long until we found out the truth.
There are a lot of players on that list that would be considered "untouchable", however there a few possibilities.
Andre Deveaux and Nigel Dawes of the Chicago Wolves come to mind as potential fits.
They were both in the same organization as Brett Sterling for years, so he could very well lobby for them.
The Baby Pens have seen a lot of Ryan Potulny (Rockford) over his two seasons with the Philadelphia Phantoms.
Texas Stars' veteran Francis Wathier also seems like a Botterill-type player / pick-up.

Wilkes-Blog prediction:

Nigel Dawes, age 25 // 5-9, 195 lbs.
37 points (22 goals [7 PPG], 15 assists) in 42 games.
But what do I know -- I'm just a kid from Baldwin.
