The boys are back.
The WB/S Penguins shutout the Albany Devils tonight, thanks to the return of number one goaltender Brad Thiessen.
They won the game without Dustin Jeffrey, Eric Tangradi, and Tim Wallace - arguably their top three forwards - up in Pittsburgh.
That's leadership from captain Ryan Craig, and great coaching by John Hynes and Alain Nasreddine.
Rookie Nick Petersen registered his first two career pro points in the AHL, with two assists on goals by fellow rookie Ben Street.
Street has 3 goals in his last 2 games. Fresh up from Wheeling. What a depth player.

Ryan Craig and Nick Johnson both dropped the gloves.
Keven Veilleux and Brett Sterling scored the other Pens goals. Those are the type of guys who need to step up in the absence of the big dogs.

Game tomorrow night against Manitoba.
