Thiessen shutout sends the series back to Wilkes-Barre

A 23-save shutout tonight in Charlotte by number one goaltender Brad Thiessen keeps the Baby Penguins alive in their quest for the Calder Cup.
The kid is for real. Take my word for it, just like you did for Dustin Jeffrey and Eric Tangradi this season.

Veteran forward Chris Collins scored the only goal of the game, as WB/S shut it down with a 1-0 victory.

The Checkers now lead the series 3-2, with game 6 in Wilkes-Barre tomorrow at 7:05.

Mohegan Sun Arena better be sold out. Go big or go home.

Let's do it.
