While their parent Pittsburgh Penguins are battling the New York Islanders, the WB/S Baby Pens will take on the Isles farmhands.
Tonight being the first game of the season in Bridgeport, the Pens will need another blue collar, grind-it-out type effort.
Eric Tangradi now joins Dustin Jeffrey, Ryan Craig, Nick Johnson, Brett Sterling and Joe Vitale on the Pittsburgh call-up list.
It looks like Wilkes-Barre will roll with seven defenseman, if a late Wheeling call-up is not made soon.

David Marshall, recently called up from the Wheel and signed to a PTO, will make his AHL/WB/S debut tonight.
Heavyweight forward Ryan Schnell was recalled with Marshall, and will play in his 4th AHL game of the season.
In his previous stint, he dropped the gloves three times in three games.
Tonight will be the first time WB/S dresses two fighters, with Schnell riding shotgun to "The Sheriff" Jesse Boulerice.
Tonight also could mark the first top-6 opportunity for forward prospect Joe Haddad.

Bridgeport is the low of the low in the Atlantic Division, sitting in last place with a 19-25-3-3 record.
If there is any game where this make-shift Penguins line-up can not only hang, but produce enough to win the game - it's this one.

Known rat Micheal Haley has been called up to the Islanders for tonight's game against Pittsburgh.
With Trevor Gillies, Matt Martin, Zenon Konopka and company likely to be dressed in the NHL, expect a brawl after last meeting's concluding events.
