Tonight marks the only American League game being played tonight, as a make-up from December 12th's cancellation in Atlantic City.
The conditions were so bad in warm-ups that day that there were literal holes in the ice, where you could see the concrete below.
In this contest though, the Pens have a much less offensively powered line-up.
It's nothing you haven't heard before, but with multiple WB/S mainstays and scoring role players in Pittsburgh, other players need to step up.
Brett Sterling needs to start scoring a goal every game, the main reason why he was brought in during the off-season.
Chris Collins is capable of more than what he's shown.
The good news it that goaltender Brad Thiessen will return to the line-up, after missing several weeks due to injury.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton is in 1st in the league with a 36-14 record overall, but are riding a season-worst 3-game losing streak.

Albany is in 7th (out of 8th) place in the East Divison, due to a 18-27-0-3 bid.
The Pens have handled the Devils easily up to his point, defeating the New Jersey farmhands all 6 times this season.
