The Pens are coming off of a huge, spirited game against Albany where they put up a 6-spot in front of a sell-out crowd.
Today, the ticketing department are expecting another close to full or near sell-out again.
The fans are starting to come out again in Wilkes-Barre, to support their team - the best in all of North American pro hockey.
The majority of the team is on another level right now.
Brett Sterling, Nick Johnson, Ryan Craig, and Eric Tangradi are at the top of their games.
Even without their undoubted best player and number one leading scorer Dustin Jeffrey in Pittsburgh, they're still running the league.
It's amazing to watch, because teams don't come by like this every other year. Or every ten.
Goaltender Brad Thiessen left last night's game with an injury, but it the severity of it has not been disclosed.
Patrick Killeen has been recalled from the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL).
He'll likely back-up John Curry, who is expected to get the start today.
