The Pens official website confirms it.
The ceremony will be at 6PM and their site will have "full coverage of the evening's festivities."
We don't know whether that means video or photos or a live blog.
The Penguins report to training camp on Saturday, September 12th.
The Penguins will hit the ice at Mellon Arena from Sunday, Sept. 13 through Wednesday, Sept. 16, with all four daily sessions being open to the public free of charge. Fans may enter the arena via Gate 1 starting 15 minutes prior to the start of practice. Parking in arena lots will be based on availability and daily rates will apply on weekdays. Concession stands and PenStation, the Penguins official team store, will be open inside Mellon Arena.
