Civic Arena Demolition

We found this via 2vidguy on Twitter. The old girl is coming down. Empty Netters has video.

Regardless of how you feel about the future of the arena site and the current demolition, it feels a little weird to see machinery rip up the building where Mario Lemieux made so many memories.

That backhoe looks to be in the best shape of it's life. Just sayin'.
