The hit in question is this:
Dude lost his balance. Simple as that. Get real.
Some further analysis from Faceoff-Factor shows there is no way Letang should be suspended. Just look at the screenshot:

You can clearly see that Letang was committed to the hit prior to Burmistrov turning into the boards.
This would be really bizarre if Letang gets any suspension at all. Especially for the fact it would put him on the list of repeated offenders.
Shanahan sucks.
