Honestly, one of the saddest stories we've ever seen. Scott Hall killed a guy too. Jesus.
 
 
At the 12:30 mark of the video, our jobber appears. Basically what happened was Scott Hall was drunk, and all fucked up when he showed up for Steve Ricard's show. Instead of cancelling the show, Ricard said carry on. He said during the doc " he wanted to show everyone who Scott Hall really was."

For that, Ricard is the jobber of the week.

If penalties were actually called and players/team had to pay for cheap shots w/ suspensions & fines, THAT would be a deterrent.

I just don't think fighting is a deterrent. There are cheap shots ALL THE TIME. Clearly "having to answer for your actions" means nothing.
