Zbynek Michael. For one game. Bylsma's Jack Adams win last year will basically put him in the discussion every year for the rest of his life. Boudreau is the logical choice for the top position right now. The team is undefeated. If they were 6-1-0 or something, Bylsma had a shot. This ranking won't matter in 11 minutes anyway.
