Sidney Crosby Skates [UPDATED VIDEO]

 

Not a joke.  From the Pens website:

Penguins captain Sidney Crosby was back on the ice for the first time since missing 29 games with a concussion. Crosby skated on the ice for about 15 minutes in full gear early in the morning at CONSOL Energy Center. He stick handled around some cones and shot a few pucks.

 

If a "Woooooo" was ever appropriate in any situation, this is the time.

 

EDIT: We wonder if this was done to shoot down those "retirement" rumors that have been going around.  Either way, it's a good thing to hear.  Go Sid.
