Kypreos is usually right on things. This is a great deal for the Penguins, no matter what some people may think. And now soon-to-be UFAs know he'll be here long term...

Big $$ in Crosby deal will come in first 9 yrs. Final 3 yrs likely to be worth $3-$4M per yr. Means he'll get $10M+ for each of 1st 9 yrs.
