Crosby Able To Start Summer Workout Program

Yes, this is what qualifies as news right now.
From PittsburghPenguins.com:
Penguins center Sidney Crosby met with Dr. Michael Collins of UPMC Tuesday and is starting his summer program of off-ice workouts... Crosby, who spent the past three weeks on vacation, will not start on-ice workouts until late July or early August, which is his normal offseason workout schedule.
We imagine that his workout plan is just like this commercial:
He'll be throwing that medicine ball for four months. Then hockey.
Go Pens.
