Around 11:00pm Sunday someone tweeted that they heard on XM Home Ice that the Penguins would be signing Alex Semin on Monday.

So far, that is not true.

XM Home Ice is in full summer mode, so this makes the rumor look even more dumb.

But of course some people have ran with the story, and it is now going viral.
