Le Magnifique
This piece was made for The Mario Lemieux Foundation to go in the Bid for 66 Auctions that were held last November.

This was the first draft - pencil on 8.5"x11" paper :
After scanning the rough pencils, the rest of the stick and leg were loosely laid in with Photoshop.
The image was then printed at 200% and used as a guide while transferring to a clean sheet of museum board.
This is the final image that was sent to auction - final size was 26"x18.5":
Using a scan of the finished pencil, an inked version was made in Adobe Illustrator :
