Forty-three seconds away from two points.
But lets not kid ourselves. Out-shot 43-16, the only reason the Pens were in the game was thanks to MAF, Bing, Malkin, Eaton, and Bill Thomas.
The fact that one point was salvaged doesn't mean much.
If Scuds get that puck out, and Bing drains an empty netter, and the Pens escape with two points, you have to wonder what would be said?
The bottom line is, one point or two points, the problems simply can't be masked that easily right now.
The lack of anything resembling a second or third line.
The poor defensive effort.

Pascal Dupuis, 9 goals = 20 minutes of ice time.
Petr Sykora, 19 goals = 16 minutes of ice time.
