RECAP: Bear in mind.PENS WIN
Do people still doubt Marc-Andre Fleury? If there is anyone that still does, fire up the third period tape of this game and show it to them.
MAF was stood on his head for most of the third period. The Penguins never dominated this game, but they definitely held their own against the big bad Bruins.
Huge two points. Pens have gotten four points this week.
The game wasn't overly exciting. The most interesting thing other than Orpik destroying some joke, and the two goals was Cal O'Reilly's first appearance as a Penguin. He was solid, didn't do to much, but has good size, and speed. He wears the immortal 16. Somewhere Kris Beech weeps. Really interesting to see how he plays in the next 10 games or so.
Some quick notes:
- Joe Vitale's game is on a different level. Going to be very valuable down the line.
- interesting, the Penguins have won four straight games in Boston
- Malkin's powerplay goal was absolutely huge. Pens got out played in the first
- How does Tangradi ever crack this lineup again? Really big missed opportunity by him.
- New Jersey sucks.
