Pens get a point, lose 3-2 in shootout

 

If not for MAF, there may have been some kind of mercy rule enacted for this game. Instead, MAF kept the Pens in the game, and Brett Sterling comes up huge late in the third with the tying goal.  After a great overtime period and Tyler Kennedy aiming for the top shelf but obviously missing, the game went to a shootout.
