Pens/Caps Alumni Game: Dec 31

  The Winter Classic weekend just got much more interesting.

From the Pens website:

Mario Lemieux will be joined by fellow Hall of Famers Paul Coffey, Ron Francis and Bryan Trottier and “youngster” Bill Guerin as the Pittsburgh Penguins Alumni team takes on the Washington Capitals Alumni Dec. 31 at Heinz Field as part of the 2011 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic weekend.

The Caps’ team will be led by Peter Bondra. Full rosters for the Penguins and Capitals alumni will be announced in the near future.
 

We're definitely looking forward to watching the Pens crush the Caps like it's the 1990s.
