It's All About The Woooooo
We're in the middle of a Summer of Woo picture backlog.
But we're gonna try and get as many as possible posted in the next little while.

A Good Women Down
You pass certain people on the Internet over the years that stay with you.
One that touched our lives was Ashley Gallant from Toronto, Canada.

Ashley, a writer for [Faceoff Factor] and huge penguins fan passed away at the age of 27.
Ashley teamed up with Stoosh, who let us know about this passing, in a column called "Lacing it Up," on FF.
Ashley also was one of our first readers. She was a regular on C-BLOG and she was actually one of the first to buy a WWGRD wristband.
Her memoriam is [here].
Ashley sent us a few emails over the years.
Our favorite was this:
Hey guys, great playoff previews
I decided to vandalize/decorate my desk at school and I thought I'd send in a few pics.

R.I.P. Ashley, when that banner goes up this season we'll know you'll be smiling down.

About a month away.

A Season of Highlights: Part Two

Outside of winning the Stanley Cup, what was the best moment for each player that raised the trophy over his head?
Years from now, what will each player look back on from this season and remember?
Winning the Stanley Cup has to be at the top of everyone's list, but what about individual highlights?
Which mattered the most? Which will never be forgotten?
We did part one on Tuesday.
It included Crosby's game winning goal against Detroit, Guerin's overtime winner versus Philadelphia, Petr Sykora's hat trick, Miroslav Satan's fight and more.
Those moments would be enough to fill an entire season for most teams.
In 2003 we would have sold our mothers for just one of those moments.
The 2008-2009 season was special.
It provided a lifetime of highlights within the span of nine months.
Today we finish off the list of individual player highlights.
Again, we're taking our list from the order that players held the Stanley Cup on NHL.com.
If anyone is missing, blame Gary Bettman.
R.I.P.
You'll always remember the guys you played street hockey with growing up.
Even if you lose touch with them, just hearing their name takes you back and puts a smile on your face.

Bryan Loeffler (far right) passed away Sunday night.
He was 23.
For reasons unexplainable, we are just now getting to paying our respects to him.
He was as big a Penguins fan as anyone could claim to be.
Bryan's day with the Cup came too soon.
R.I.P.

The end of the "E login no access" is here.
However, there will be issues. We knew this was going to happen, just weren't sure when.
We'll be working all night on fixes and shit. Check back for details.
