Interested in joining Team Pensblog?

Since we're unable to invite people not on our friends list, the easiest way to join the team would be to sent a join request. To do so, go to EASHL menu -search club -type in the club name "thepensblog" (all in one word) and send a request.

It is important you post a message on our message board in order to be accepted. If you sent a request and we can't relate your gamer tag to this blog, you will be DENIED! Again, anyone that wants to join please leave your gamer tag in the comment section or on the message boards, it will be the easiest way to process.

Also, have you noticed that you were removed from the team? It is because you are not playing games, and we need room for those who do play. You can rejoin the team by repeating the process above.

Point leader Kevonic622 ushers Team Pensblog into the top 100 division. Team Pensblog went almost 20 games before finally taking a loss. The winning streak moved the team into the top 50 and they currently sit at 49.

Team Pensblog competitive team will begin playing games the 1st of October. The Roster announcement after the Jump.

Rotating Roster Spot News

The Competitive Team roster will consist of 14 set roster spots and 1 rotating roster spot. A scrimmage game will take place between both teams over weekends to determine the 15th roster spot. After each game, a Rec Player will be elected MVP of each scrimmage game. The MVP will be given the opportunity to play with the competitive team for the duration between scrimmages. We will discuss the rosters of the game on the discussion board.

On September 15, EA Servers will host the second season of the EASHL. Team Pensblog jobbing of the league will continue. However, this year TPB will not only have a community team, we will also represent with a organized competitive team.

Team Pensblog will start off with a single team again for NHL10. However, everyone should know from the beginning, there is going to be a competitive team that breaks off some time after15 days to compete for the monthly titles. The competitive team will continue to play until the EASHL Playoff Finals begin. If, the competitive team does not make the cut, players will then rejoin with the rec league until the next season.

By starting off on one team, the competitive players can get some practice with the new style of game play without taking losses due to the learning curve. The 15 days will also be used for scouting players to fill the roster.
