Elmo balloon sighting

The Elmo balloon is consistent and gets the job done.  Should probably get a look with Malkin and Neal on Wednesday night.

@shawncollins19 snapped this pic.  It is resting in the rafters above the net where the Pens shoot twice.  Has to be a good sign.
