We're getting tired of seeing the same banner at the top of the site.  So we want some options. We started this tournament like 2 years ago and forgot about it.
 
CONTEST DEADLINE:
Friday, Feb 22, 11:59pm.
 
PRIZE:
-$20 
-Self-worth
 
HOW YOU WIN:
-Readers will be voting, tournament style.
 
HOW THE BANNERS WILL BE SEEDED:
-In whichever order they come into our e-mail.
 
 
CONTEST RULES:
-If you do not abide by these rules, you will be disqualified.
 
1.) Banner width: 995px.  Banner height: 125px.  File Type: .JPG.
 
2.) Use this Pensblog logo somewhere in your banner.

3.) Feel free to put a tag somewhere in the banner if you want credit, a la photoshops.
 
4.) Content in the banner can include anything you think will help you win the contest.
 
5.) When e-mailing us your submission, put "TPB BANNER" somewhere in your e-mail.
